Description

A powerhouse within the agriculture industry is looking for a Document Management Specialist to join their team in Grangemouth on a 3 month contract.


Duties:


  • Review Product Safety documents for regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
  • Review Product Safety documents to ensure compliance with our global formatting guidelines
  • Deliver quality results to meet firm deadlines
  • Understand customer needs and provide individualized guidance throughout the document lifecycle
  • Act as point of contact for report template questions
  • Maintain data for Key Performance Indicators
  • Interact with stakeholder groups
  • Product Safety Scientists, Regulatory, Quality Assurance

Skills:


  • Proficient with MS Office products, Adobe Acrobat
  • High standard of accuracy and a keen attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of various backgrounds and technical competencies
  • Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Experienced:

  • Follows broad frameworks to operate equipment needed to carry out trial work, and to ensure samples are available and delivered on time.
  • Resolves routine issues with mínimal senior staff or supervisory guidance and approval.
  • Requires some prior relevant experience

Entry:

  • Follows defined procedures to operate equipment needed to carry out trial work, and to ensure samples are available and delivered on time.
