Then come join Fusion Dentistry Cardiff as our new
Chief Operating Officer (COO)As the COO of Fusion Dentistry Cardiff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our clinic and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement effective operating plans and procedures and lead a team of talented professionals.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong strategic thinking skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

You should also be an effective problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company that is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.
