Faculty / Directorate
This is an exciting time to join the Careers Team at De Montfort University.

You will provide careers education, information, advice and guidance services to the De Montfort University Leicester Castle Business School (LCBS) postgraduate students and alumni,through a range of group learning and development activities and individual caseload consultations.

Role

You will contribute to the development and delivery of a range of initiatives that enhance the employability skills of postgraduate students (taught) and alumni, in conjunction with the LCBS.

In addition to this, as Postgraduate Research Taught Careers Adviseryou will engage with employers and their representative organisations, to promote the interest of De Montfort University postgraduate students and alumni.

In this role, you will also assume the responsibiltiy maintaining specialist knowledge relating to nationaland international labour markets and in particular, opportunities for postgraduates.

You will be able to offer extensive knowledge and understanding of the UK and global graduate labour market for postgraduates, employer recruitment practices and career roles within relevant occupational areas.

You will be experienced in managing a caseload and delivering one-to-one support to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, as well as experienced in group facilitation.
