Administrator - Hybrid Working - West London - PMR
Description
PMR are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to management teams.Main Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and off boarding of staff
- Coordination of annual leave and expenses planner
- Management of Directors diaries for client meetings
- Travel organisation for Directors
- General company correspondence
- Organisation of company events and meetings
- Assist with ad hoc requests as necessary for Directors & CEO
Experience:
- Previous administration experience is essential.
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
- This role will invove 2 days working from home
