Assistant Operations Co-ordinator

We are seeking an Assistant Operations Co-ordinator to join our expanding team. We work in the Maintenance and Construction sector and your duties would include

Reviewing the P/O's which we receive daily

Allocate the P/O's to different people who work for us

Working alongside external clients

Ensuring all tenants have been contacted regarding works at their properties

Confirming bookings with all involved

Allocating and ordering materials for the jobs to be completed

Working with members of different departments to allocate the costs for each job

Ensure the business is meeting all the needs of their clients

Ensure jobs and P/O's are allocated correctly and quickly to ensure the job gets completed

To work alongside the director to ensure the smooth running of projects

Reviewing the process of operations to ensure we are maximising the workflow

Office outside of congestion Zone - Private carpark available on site - a permit will be provided

Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
