Description

We are looking for a number of Contact Centre operational Specialists for a very large scale project working for a Government Body.

The roles involve process re-engineering, change management and centralising contact centre operations into one site.


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 4 months


Pay:
£400.00-£650.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 10 years (preferred)
