JOB TITLE:
Temp to Perm Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start

LOCATION:
Exeter

HOURLY RATE:
Starting at £10.42 per hour

HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am till 12:30pm)

KEY DUTIES:

Meeting and greeting customers
Booking vehicles into the workshop for repairs, servicing and MOT's
Liaising with the workshop to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time, updating customers if there are any delays
Arranging courtesy cars or lifts for customers
Updating customers whilst their vehicle is in the workshop and advising on any repairs or maintenance that needs carrying out
Communicating with the workshop manager once you have spoken with the customer and gained approval for additional work to be carried out
Going through invoices in depth with the customer and taking payments
Sell service plans and extended warranties

KEY SKILLS:

High level of customer service skills with the willingness to always go the extra mile
Strong communication and IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to problem solve and prioritise workload
Selfmotivated and a great team player
