The role:

Mypinpad Ltd is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team.


This role will provide advice and guidance on a range of HR-related matters to circa 60-staff members and managers globally across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC and LATAM), where we employ staff directly and through an Employer of Record.

You will be responsible for all HR administration and process, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the department and contributing to the overall success of the Company.

Furthermore, the HR Advisor will lead on coordinating all recruitment initiatives, working with the Head of HR and the Hiring Managers to deliver headcount requirements.


This role requires a proactive, extremely organised, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, compliance and employment legislation.


Key responsibilities and expectations:


Employee lifecycle:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the Company.
  • Process employee documentation and other employee related HRrelated paperwork.
  • Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and provide guidance on the performance review process.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide timely and effective advice to staff members and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • In collaboration with the Head of HR, manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Liaise with Employer of Record and build knowledge of employment legislation in other jurisdictions where we employ staff directly.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance and conductrelated matters.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented where required and kept uptodate and compliant.
  • Assist with audits when required.

HR Reporting:

  • Using the HRIS, prepare regular HR reports on key metrics, providing insights to support decisionmaking.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Assist in organising employee events and activities.
  • Ensure SharePoint is kept up to date and relevant.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, working with external trainers when necessary.
  • Maintain training records and assist in identifying employee development needs.
Recruitment

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and help optimise the use of TeamTailor ATS.

Knowledge, skills and experience required
***:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience providing recruitment support.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent and demonstrable organisational and planning skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
  • Experience of working with HiBob and TeamTailor would be advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality with discretion.
