We are an established family-run printing business based on the edge of Coventry near Bedworth; we print, manufacture and assemble wall art and home decor products to a growing customer base.

We are a diverse small flexible team. Friendly and fair, working closely together to provide consistently high-quality products on time, every time.
Our warehouse is easily reachable by car, bike, or the Number 20 bus to Bedworth.


About the Role - We are looking a Digital Printing Apprentice.

You will be required to work 40hrs a week Monday-Friday between regular working hours of 8am - 5 pm.
During busy periods weekend work is sometimes necessary

To start, the role will be Minimum Pay per Age whilst completing the apprenticeship.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Working towards successfully completing Printing Apprenticeship course
  • Training towards proficiency and excellence in the the following skills


  • Digital Printing

  • Operation of a fleet of Large Format Printing Machines


  • Colour Management

  • Using latest RIP Software
  • Photoshop or similar software for simple print adjustments
  • Print finishing, trimming, cutting and sorting of prints before assembly
  • Operation of simple semiautomatic machines for product assembly
  • Order management in a logical timely manner to ensure satisfactory delivery
  • Sorting, despatch and labeling of customer orders
  • Dealing proficiently with customer returns and replacements
  • Stock management of printing consumables
  • Ordering of key supplies to ensure consistent stock levels for printing at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • General warehouse duties and adherence at all times to Health & Safety

£5.28-£10.42 per hour
