Role Overview:
Location:
The Evewell (West London) Hammersmith
This role must be undertaken on-site. There will be no opportunity for remote/home working.

Permanent
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary:
£25,000-£30,000 per annum
Experience/Qualifications:
Credit Controller experience within the medical industry (preferred)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To meet debt recovery targets and manage call volumes adequately
- Invoicing, issuing credit notes and refunds
- Managing any queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Producing weekly and monthly reports, and reporting to Credit Control Manager
- Working with external debt collection agencies and other key stakeholders
- TDL invoicing daily
- Prepare and send payment reminders
- Answering account queries and provide accurate information to patients in relation to their account
- Annual storage renewal billing
- Improve and implement debt collection processes where there are overdue invoices or payments and initiate 3rd party debt collection services if applicable
- Review patient accounts with credit balances and arrange refunds as required
- Undertake other duties when required
Possess strong IT and numeracy skills
Have a target and result driven personality, willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills
Able to be remaining calm and in control when under pressure and maintain professionalism
