Job title:
Systems Support Lead**
Location:North West with occasional visits to Preston as required

Salary:
Circa £43,000 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Day to day administration, management, and monitoring of the Coupa S2P (Source to Pay) system to ensure optimum overall performance and availability is maintained
Responsible for ensuring the Coupa system, and its integration with other systems, is compliant with policies and processes
Working collaboratively with stakeholders from procurement, finance, IT, external suppliers, and the wider business user population to ensure efficient use of the Coupa platform, including query resolution
Working with peers and wider Procurement & Finance teams to identify system and process improvements to optimise and improve the Coupa system and the SourcetoPay (S2P) lifecycle

Your skills and experiences:

Excellent communication skills given the need for regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in the development and use of processes to be used on daytoday support
Knowledge of the procurement and finance processes (Source to Pay) is desirable
Knowledge of Coupa and/or ERP systems is desirable
