Role Purpose


You will act as a partner to the business unit, building high value relationships with key stakeholders and playing a critical role in sourcing and selecting future talents for the Danone business.

Please note, this is a
12-month Fixed Term Contract
The salary range on offer for this role is between £ £50000.


Role Focus

  • Support the Talent Manager (TM) with particular focus on the start of the recruitment cycle:
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of junior managerial positions across Medical & Healthcare divisions, including process & interview organisation, competency-based interviews through to offer management.
  • Reporting and tracking of conversion rates through each stage of the process.
  • Assist the Talent Manager in managing relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Focus on expanding Danone's network of talents within the market:
  • Feed the market with regular and engaging Danone content to help raise and maintain our profile and EVP in the market.
  • Be a fantastic ambassador of Danone culture and values.
  • Gather, market insights and trends within the relevant industry and feed into the talent team and business as required.
  • Work with the business stakeholders on competitor mapping and headhunting scenarios and methodology.
About you

About You

  • Recruitment experience either within an agency or inhouse team. Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions.
  • Extensive experience of the relevant industry and network from entry level to middle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the start of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, communication and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly and leverage these relationships to drive results.
  • Ability to manage a complex and varied range of stakeholders in an appropriate manner.
