My client is a stand alone regulatory consultancy backed by a global Legal practice.
They are looking to recruit a Director consultant with expertise in regulatory consulting within financial services.
The consultancy is established with 10 employees already and has been setup by a well-connected and high-profile Partner.

Their story and success is remarkable and if you want to be part of a small, winning team this is the perfect opportunity.

The offices are in London city and they do operate a hybrid working model.
The clients they currently work with are large financial services firms both on the buy and sell side. They also work with insurance and retail financial institutions.

The main focus of the role will be client facing and you will be an integral part of delivering client engagements and growing the risk advisory practice.

You must have a detailed understanding of regulations surrounding client assets, conduct risk and have been involved in regulatory change and governance programs.

This is an opportunity for maybe a big 4/boutique regulatory consultant Director to come on board with a tight-knit experienced regulatory advisory team and affect real change and growth with a pre-existing client base.

You will help build the brand, act as a key contact for the business, identify business opportunities, build relationships and help grow the practice.

My client is looking for a confident and knowledgeable compliance consultant with excellent networking and communication skills with a desire to grow and nurture a team in a startup environment.
