What we need from you:

• DBS (New one can be done with us if needed)
• CV
• Right to Work Documents (Passport)
• Proof of ID
• NI Number
• Proof of address x
• Proof of relevant qualifications

• References x

• Drivers license (not essential)
• Full Record of Immunisation's

Online courses may also needed to be completed in line with requirements of the hospital as well as a 'fitness to work certificate'.

Our friendly staff will go through what is needed within the sign-up process and assist where needed.
