Role Profile


Cast UK are partnering with a well established business within the Food Sector, to assist them with the recruitment process of a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic role which offers an excellent working environment and progression opportunities for the right people.


Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Dealing with clients
  • Logging of jobs as per client request.
  • Booking in the relevant appointments to ensure clients needs are met
  • Preparing/sending Risk Assessments
  • Arranging permits for access to sites.
  • Sending attendance notifications if required.
  • Monitor and update jobs through to completion.
  • Keeping bespoke inhouse system records updated.
  • Updating client's portals with job updates if required.
  • Building good relationships with clients and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Managing client expectations where necessary.
  • Liaising closely with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

  • This role will require you to be able to think on your feet
  • Strong Office 365 experience
  • Ability to prioritise well is a must
