    MacGregor Black is partnering with an innovative, Premium Wine Producer to recruit a Sales Director. This is a permanent role, with regular time required at the company's Head Office.
    About this Role:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in both the On & Off Premise.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expand distribution channels, and build strong relationships with key partners.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth in domestic and international markets.
    • Strengthen brand positioning within the market and ensure consistent brand messaging across all sales channels.
    • Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and alignment with business goals.

    Your Background:
    • We are seeking a senior sales professional with a proven track record in the wine or broader beverage industry.
    • Further qualifications in Wine (WSET, etc.) would be highly beneficial.
    • You will have a deep understanding of Drinks industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
    • You should be keen, energetic and driven with a Lead-from-the-Front mentality.
    • A demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans would be a major advantage.
    • You must have a passion for premium products and a commitment to excellence.
    • You should thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
