The Company

A medium sized regional contractor with a good reputation and experience working across a variety of sectors.

The company has planned growth plans with an expanding team and an increasing turnover which is being achieved through their repeated success in the Housing Maintenance and Refurbishment sectors.

The Role


This is an exciting opportunity which would be suitable for a Junior Estimator with some experience in the construction industry which plans to further their career, or a new graduate who is seeking to start their career as an Estimator who has completed a construction related degree such as Quantity Surveying.

As an Assistant Estimator you will support the Estimating team with managing tenders from inception to submission and post tender negotiations.

You will receive support and any necessary guidance from a welcoming team to help you succeed and advance your career and personal development within a progressive organisation.


In this role there will be opportunities to work on variety of Refurbishment projects ranging from £250k - £4m and multiple long-term Framework agreements from £4-5m per year.

Due to the nature and reliability of the work this also provides a very stable career opportunity for a loyal Estimator looking to progress.

Qualifications & Experience

Construction related Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying.

Construction industry experience with Refurbishments or Maintenance is desirable but not essential.

Full Driving License required.
