Key Tasks

Finance

  • Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews.
  • Maintenance of client invoicing system and monitoring compliance procedures
  • Chasing of debt to keep within contractual terms
  • Aiding review of management reports such as P&L, Work in Progress, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO's & Invoice Pool with Finance Manager and Finance Analyst
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Reviewing open Purchase Orders, chasing suppliers for payment
  • Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries
  • Comprehensive spend tracking
  • Adhoc reporting as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance.

Contract

  • Build and develop relationships with key business account and stakeholders, customers, and external agencies
  • Compiling of the Customer Monthly Management Report
  • Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
  • Assisting with the operational contract Review Business Unit pack
  • Drive better buying and use of preferred suppliers with operations.

Quality

  • Coordination of subcontractor files, ensuring they are statutorily compliant with QHSE requirements
  • Reporting and management of work management system
  • Logging H&S observations & customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal
  • Subcontractor reviews

People

  • Timesheets logging and tracking
  • Organising training for the team
  • Updating of the team attendance planner
  • Arranging agency cover and submitting hours on portal

Additional responsibilities

  • Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval
  • Updating Portals as and when required
  • Constantly improve quality, service, and efficiency.
