Workshop Engineer / Bench Technician

Looking for someone with a passion for repairing faulty electronic equipment like: computers, laptops, phones, tablets, printers or similar hardware to join a large company in Derby in their repair centre.

Anyone that enjoys hardware repair, and has component level experience, will be considered.

You will be trained to repair a wide variety of IT hardware including EPOS equipment.

This role will start off as an agency temporary position, with a view to going permanent.

Initial contract 6 months.

Standard hours Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (1/2 hour lunch break) 40 hours per week.

Salary is equivalent to £22K, £10.58 per hours PAYE.

There's plenty of overtime available, as the repair centre operates 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 17:30 at Weekends.

The office is well served by public transport or there's a car park available on site.
