About the Role:


You will:


  • Support the Home Managers and rest of the team to deliver high quality care within the home
  • Support the seniors
  • Do new staff inductions and training
  • Help with patient care
  • Help with paperwork and maintaining patient records
  • Treat our residents with patience and dignity

You will be:


  • Reliable : Ensure you are there on time and consistently for your shifts
  • Ethical. We do things the right way and follow our values
  • Passionate about providing high quality relationship centered care.

About the Role:


As a Care Assistant, you will report to the Senior Care Assistant and support with all aspects of care within the home.

You will provide high quality care to residents, paying attention to their specific and individual needs.

From £10.30 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rugby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
