ADEPT Pure Water Ltd is a family run business based in Wellingborough & Kettering Northants, specialising in the bespoke design, build, install, commission and servicing of Water Purification Equipment such as Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Softeners, Ring Mains, Exchange cylinders and UV Systems, offering its products and services to Business across the United Kingdom.

Salary:
Entry level £22k-£28k per annum dependant on experience.


Main Responsibilities:

Following company procedures to purchase stock and ancillary items as required using "Flowlens" and Microsoft Excel.

Negotiating Contract, Credit Terms and Prices with Suppliers

Supplier Reviews as part of ISO 9001 Requirements

Connecting and negotiating with potential new Suppliers

Assistance with stocktaking and determining max/min levels

Assisting with the answering of incoming calls and enquiries

Provide assistance to the Finance Director and Office Manager as required. This may include chasing overdue invoices and general office duties as required.

Other Ad hoc duties as required


Person Specification
This role would suit someone who wants to become an integral member of the team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to self-motivate

Willingness to work flexibly in response to business needs. The right mentality to deal with changing priorities and can investigate when only having mínimal information to work with.

Work in a positive manner with a "can-do" approach.

Not afraid to put forward ideas to management which will benefit the company in line with its targets and objectives

Good problem-solving skills - rather than saying "it's impossible", an alternative solution can be provided.
