Wiggle Portsmouth is seeking a new Bar Supervisor

Our Managers are Leaders. They lead from the front by being hands on and setting examples. This isn't an office job Our Managers are only as good as their team. Can you train, build, motivate and inspire a strong team?


We won't sugar coat it, managing our venues can be hard at times, and you are held accountable for your failures as much as you are for your success.

You are the first point of call. You will receive regular feedback and be pushed to be the best.

This is a full time vacancy and you are expected to have a sensible approach to your working pattern, including working busy weekend nights, bank holidays and events.

You will be expected to work to budgets and have an understanding of profit and loss. We have busy periods and quiet periods - it's important you manage budgets and staffing accordingly.


Requirements:


  • Must hold a personal license
  • Have previous
    management experience within hospitality:
  • Natural leader who is both hands on and who can inspire your team
  • Will be required to work late nights and weekends

Role involves:

  • Recruitment
  • Social media and marketing
  • Stock management
  • Staff development and training
  • Liaising with security personnel

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£9.50-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
