12 Month FTC- Hybrid Working 2 Days Office in Brighton
About Our Client:
My client are a well-established business operating in the centre of Brighton, working on a hybrid basis.
As the HR advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and embedding HR policies, processes and systems.
- Ability to collect and compile data for monthly metrics as well as internal and external audits.
- Playing a key role in supporting with due diligence of data into our new HR system and subsequent additions.
- Designing and delivering training and guidance for employees on relevant matters.
- Providing specialist advice and support to Managers about employee relations issues and advising on processes.
- Leading on informal and formal ER meetings.
- Contributing towards and delivering managerial ER workshops to broaden understanding of best practice and risk within performance management.
- Managing payroll inputting.
- Day to day supervising of the HR Admin role.
- Assisting the HR Partner / Head of HR with other tasks.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experienced at Advisor level
- Excellent communicator
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to adapt to changing demands
- Able to work in a fast=paced role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office inc Excel, and Workday is an advantage
What's on Offer:
If you are successful, you should expect:
- Salary £30,000
- £35,000
- Hybrid Working (c. 2 Days in Office)
