Position:
Training Officer

Salary:
£18,900 - £24,000 (Based on experience, decided by the client)

I am currently looking to recruit for x2 Training Officers in the Newcastle Under Lyme area for a developing, FCA regulated insurance company.

This role will require motivated individuals who have great leadership skills and the ability to train and coach different personalities.

Must Haves:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Self-motivated and resilient

Strong listening skills

Ability to train staff within an insurance background
