Sports Coach (Full & Part Time)

Do you have a strong passion for sports and a drive to motivate young individuals?

We are in search of energetic and certified Sports Coaches to join our team, conducting PE classes in local schools and daycares and leading soccer sessions for kids aged 3-12.

We offer both full and part-time positions for this role. Full-time salary ranges from £17,000 to £22,500, depending on expertise and experience.

Responsibilities

School & Nursery PE Lessons:

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate PE classes for kids.
• Demonstrate consistent high performance levels.
• Promote a fun and secure learning atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy routines.
• Adjust activities to suit various skills and learning approaches.
• Collaborate with school/daycare staff to aid the PE curriculum, track individual progress, accomplishments, and growth, with the goal of helping students achieve their best.

After-School & Saturday Football Sessions:

• Conduct soccer training for kids aged 5-12 in small group settings.
• Concentrate on enhancing fundamental soccer skills, strategies, and teamwork.
• Offer helpful feedback and support to enhance player performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to participate.

General:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all participants.
• Participate in relevant training and development opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize effectively.
• Passion for sports and inspiring young individuals.

Desirable Qualifications

• Coaching certification in PE or a related field (e.g., FA Level 1 Coaching Badge).
• DBS Check.
• Prior experience working with kids is beneficial.
