**Cyber Security Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager

£85k**I'm working with an exciting growing client who deliver
Managed Security Services and have a
great new opportunity,where a sizable technical team are delivering Intrusion Detection / SIEM / other technical Security Services to their clients. Whether you are technically hands-on or not, this is truly an excellent role to take yourcareer in IT to the next level, with great training in place to get you where you want to be.


We're keen to talk to an
Operations or
Service Delivery manager, who may or may not be technical in origin (we'd value that but you don't need to be current in skill) and who's worked delivering customer satisfaction, managedcustomer cyber projects, and take responsibility for internal schedules, projects, cover and rotas etc.

The company are prepared to offer an excellent salary, benefits, training, private healthcare, EV scheme, conference budget etc.

  • Able to motivate and manage MSSP / Cyber / SOC team
  • Excellent knowledge of O365/M365 (handson or not)
  • Able to build and deliver service reviews whilst taking actions back to the team
  • Discuss SOC use cases with customers then taking actions back to the team
  • Driving the team to meet SLA's and able to build reports to measure key metrics
  • Driving the team to deliver actions
You'd ideally be working in a client facing capacity currently, and delivering complex cyber services. Being the escalation point / project lead for some of the new services and rollouts in your domain.
