We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager to work for an award-winning Insurance Broker located in Preston Brook. Due to business growth, they are looking for someone to manage all the compliance across the business.

You will receive a fantastic salary between £35,000 - £40,000 (D.O.E) with a quarterly bonus of £500, office hours Monday - Friday - no weekends and free parking.

The package for the Customer Service Advisor:

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000

Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 5:30 (please note this will be 100% office based)

Duties for the Compliance Manager:

Conduct regular investigative activities to ensure the business is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to prevent issues entirely.

(Most commonly GDPR, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) & Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) and Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD))
Identify the root cause of compliance problems when they arise
Resolve compliance issues fast and prevent them from reoccurring

Audit the business and individual policy and document owners to check they comply with information security and information management regulations.

Agree mitigating action for breaches
Support the business to manage new and ongoing supplier contracts
Review products and associated materials issued to clients to ensure these remain accurate and compliant at all times
Keep self and business up to date with regulatory and legislative changes

Skills we require for the role:
We want to hear from you if you have experience working in a regulated environment in a Compliance Manager based role
You must be educated to A Level standard
Excellent verbal and communication skills are hugely essential
