Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Network Access Co-ordinator to join our Control Operations Team.

You will effectively co-ordinate control centre capacity, processing requests from delivery units to provide access to the network for work to be undertaken in a timely manner with due consideration of business priorities to ensure the network is fully utilised and optimised.
The role requires medium term planning as well as reactive and real time updates to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.
Competitive salary of £23,233 - £28,211Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the effective and efficient network access process to improve outage programme performance and customer service delivering safer operations on the distribution network at all voltages, through a more coordinated and efficient outage programme
- Collaborate effectively between the control centre team to provide optimum consistency, flexibility and capacity in 'business as usual', escalated and business recovery situations
- Deliver a central, transparent, appropriate outage planning process and system to meet business requirements and react to unforeseen changes in the business priorities
- Complete EHV/HV fault reports in NMS/OMS.
- Responding to and resolving internal and external customer enquiries associated with planned outage in a timely and effective manner
- Process adhoc reports to support the Control Operations and the wider business management teams.
- Provision of performance data associated with network access and the planned outage programme, to support the improvement of control and field performance for more effective and efficient working
- Provide process training to academy staff to maximise performance and meet current and future business requirements including a feeder area 'academy' for future control and planning engineers
