We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who will support the executive team and help grow the business in the next stage of its development


Client Details
Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a specialist property developer.

The company was founded in 2015 and is now entering the next stage of growth with a strong pipeline of projects forecast for 2023 and 2024.

They are a small,friendly team of professionals with a shared goal of continuous improvement.


Description

The key duties and responsibilities of the Office Manager will be:

  • Set up and co-ordinate multiparty legal/commercial/client meetings
  • File project documents / ensure all internal folders are kept up to date
  • Prepare legal packs for funders/clients
  • Proofreading external documents
  • Prepare meeting packs / agendas
  • Prepare meeting minutes / action logs
  • Book hotels, travel, events
  • Assist COO, CEO & Ops Director where required

Office duties:


  • Collect, scan and file post
  • Ensure cleaning & office maintenance is carried out by contractors
  • Ensure H&S, Fire Assessment etc is in place for both offices
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date
  • Help arrange staff events, meetings (online and in person)

Profile

The successful Office Manager will have/ be:
Good organisational skills

Time management

Great communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in organising travel, meetings, diary management

Experience in an office environment

Willingness to be an actively participate

Self motivated and driven

Ability to work well in a team and work on their own initiative


Job Offer
