We are looking for passionate and talented Fresh Food Trainer to join the team.

In this role you will strive for consistency and best in class implementation of our Fresh categories across the Musgrave NI Company Owned estate.

This individual will train, and coach Company owned colleagues to achieve an industry leading standard in Fresh Food implementation.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Support the implementation of new category initiatives across existing Company Owned estate
  • Support the implementation of fresh categories in intake stores
  • Support the implementation of fresh categories during store refits
  • Roll model excellent standards in service and execution whilst embracing the 5Cs
  • Train and coach store colleagues on the endtoend fresh food operations to maximise availability and profitability
  • Provide feedback and insight on store and competitor performance
  • Support stores to deliver best in class standards in fresh categories
  • Support stores to deliver maximised availability across fresh categories
  • Support underperforming stores
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with store colleagues and wider central team
  • Contribute to Fresh Food projects as required
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Uptodate knowledge of key trends and competitor activity within the fresh food sector
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Agile Mindset
  • Self-Motivation

Desirable

  • Knowledge of LRQA food safety regulations
  • Experience of training others
  • Experience working closely with fresh food
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of Musgrave NI ordering, counting and waste procedures
