Our client are currently looking for an Invoice Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.
Dealing with invoice queries as well as producing company invoices, applicants will ideally have experience from a similar role and have strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Collating and inputting data for all contracts.
- Producing reports as required.
- Carrying out adhoc checks and investigations as required.
- In the absence of the Commercial Administrator, taking responsibility for the efficient running of the invoicing function for allocated projects.
- Producing company invoices for allocated contracts in respect of labour, equipment and materials or as otherwise required including all photocopying and signing off the invoices for accuracy.
- Checking input by others for accuracy and presentation.
- Printing invoices, dispatching by post, and handing as stipulated in company procedure.
- Receiving invoice queries from clients, dealing with these in a professional manner in the time allocated all in accordance with company procedure.
