The Role


This position sits within the management accounts team and will oversee the full accounts receivable process and take ownership of bank incoming and outgoing transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and work with a fantastic team in a bright and modern City-based office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting receipts and all income onto Property accounts software
  • Propman
  • Following up any unidentified cash
  • Bank reconcilliations
  • Banking cheques as an when required
  • Posting daily bank movement and transfers
  • Set up of new bank accounts and maintenance
  • Monitoring the accounts receivable mailbox
  • Assist with credit control
  • Ongoing review and improvement of processes and procedures within the role
  • Occasional cover for accounts payable

Qualifications and Experience

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (property industry experience essential)
  • Propman
experience desireable.

  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (in particular excel)
