The Role
This position sits within the management accounts team and will oversee the full accounts receivable process and take ownership of bank incoming and outgoing transactions.

Key Responsibilities- Posting receipts and all income onto Property accounts software
- Propman
- Following up any unidentified cash
- Bank reconcilliations
- Banking cheques as an when required
- Posting daily bank movement and transfers
- Set up of new bank accounts and maintenance
- Monitoring the accounts receivable mailbox
- Assist with credit control
- Ongoing review and improvement of processes and procedures within the role
- Occasional cover for accounts payable

Key skills and characteristic
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Extremely well organised
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (property industry experience essential)
- Propman
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (in particular excel)
