THE ROLE:
Supporting the CISO/Cyber Security Leadership Team (CSLT)

  • Attend the Leadership Team meetings with the purpose of identifying goals/actions and update the action planner accordingly
  • Maintain/develop the action planner clarifying goals/tasks to be achieved, accountability, stakeholders to involve, dependencies, milestones, and resources needed, enabling the CISO and LT to track progress
  • Provide diary administration for the CSLT including organising internal and external meetings and managing any logistics that may be required
  • Arrange business travel for the CSLT including coordinating visas, flights, accommodation, car transfers/taxis, producing travel packs and itineraries
  • Process expenses for the CSLT
  • Provide 'onsite' support to the EA who works remotely such as printing/scanning/post etc
  • Other adhoc support
Supporting the Cyber Security Team

  • Provide guidance on expense processing, travel booking, credit card processes etc
  • Work with our HR people partner to ensure org charts, distribution lists etc are kept up to date when we have movers/leavers/joiners
  • Ensure any movers/leavers/joiners are on boarded in the correct manner, and keep the 'on boarding pack' up to date with any new processes
  • Be the point of contact for any queries the team may have, whether this requires you to deal with it directly or simply point them in the right direction
  • Manage the staff award scheme, tracking new and previous nominations, ensuring each team lead reviews and determines any rewards in good time
  • Communicate to the wider team on behalf of the CSLT/CISO/anything of interest e.g. organisational changes
  • Other adhoc support
e.g. helping other assistants, providing cover for holiday/sickness etc

ESSENTIALS:

  • Prior experience supporting leadership level in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills ability to manage time, prioritise conflicting demands, multitask, and work to tight and structured deadlines
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and the desire to pick up new skills
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to work on own initiative as well as with a team
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Discreet and able to handle sensitive information in confidence
  • A 'cando' attitude and excellent interpersonal skills confident and approachable

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in written communications, and communicating to a large team on a global scale across various digital channels
