We are looking for a Scheduler to join our Operations Team and support with doing things the CTG way This role will play an important part in our operations journey and bringing our vision to life.

Who you are
We are looking for a motivated team player who can take ownership and think strategically when managing our field based engineers.
What you'll be doing:
- Extract jobs from our tracker that are ready to be routed and allocate accordingly
- Allocating jobs effectively, thinking strategically when scheduling jobs to planning team
- Assign jobs to planners on a weekly basis and ensuring all details needed to carry out the job are readily available to them
- Ensure that jobs are updated by planners so that relevant packs can be built and submitted
- Update the tracker with any issues and ensure each job is carried out effectively
- Keeping the CRM system uptodate and reviewing every job that comes in
- Inputting accurate and complete notes for each job/task on the system
- Liaise with appropriate parties to provide necessary updates and supporting information
- Ensure all planner's time is used effectively and minimise travel where possible
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the planning team and wider business
- Suggesting improvements for any scheduling processes where possible.
How you'll be doing it
- Live and promote our CTG Values and Behaviours
- Ability to manage field based resource and schedule strategically
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of IT systems and working with Microsoft
- Comfortable working with data.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Able to multitask, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience of work planning or scheduling within a busy operations environment, or experience within the industry would be desirable.

£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
