Description

We are a specialised Transport Company based in Wymbush, Milton Keynes, currently looking for a Warehouse operative, working on a full-time, permanent basis from our
Towcester warehouse.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

Working from our warehouse in Towcester (start and finish in Milton Keynes)

45 hours per week as a minimum

Overtime is available at evenings/weekends and paid at a premium rate.

Experience:

You must have Cat B driving licence and previous van driving experience to be able to drive a 3.5T Luton box van between Milton Keynes and Towcester warehouses.

Counterbalance forklift is desirable

Daily duties:
Goods In - commercial catering equipment

Quality checks - check units for damage within 24hrs of receipt

Admin tasks (software use)

Safe storage/loading of high value commercial catering equipment

Unloading lorries - use of pallet trucks, sack barrows

Some heavy lifting involved

Housekeeping

Daily forklift and MHE maintenance checks

Covid-19 secure workplace with specialised training and uniform/PPE provided.

All new employees will undergo reference checks and Drug & Alcohol tests at the start of employment.
