Established in 1985, Security Wise Ltd are a thriving and ambitious electronic fire and security company. We are looking for a full time
Service Administrator to support our busy Service Department.

This excellent opportunity will suit someone who is a good team player and ideally have experience of giving good customer service, have a friendly and polite manner and willing to support other areas of the department as and when required.

Duties to include;

• Updating client records
• Data inputting with accuracy
• Produce Contract reports
• Effectively organise maintenance visits
• Ensure engineers are informed regularly of all appointments
• Be responsible for the day to day administration aspect of the company false alarm procedure.
• Produce maintenance contracts for both new and existing customers.
• Processing contract cancellations.

Must be well presented

About Security Wise
Security Wise design, install and maintain of all aspects of electronic security, trading for 40 years.

We have a knowledgeable, friendly team based at our Head Office in Shrewsbury, Shropshire which enables us to provide a team of expert engineers and project designers.

Our team are able to deliver security solutions to domestic, retail and public properties across the whole of the UK.

We install and maintain CCTV systems, intruder alarms, fire alarms, automated gates and barriers, nurse/warden call schemes, door access systems.

We also have our own Control 4 home automation showroom allowing customers to experience the world of home automation.
