At the Chop House Leith we are looking for a hardworking, friendly, hands on individual with a positive attitude to join our team of Kitchen Porters.

Work pattern normally Monday - Friday 5-11pm, covering holidays when required. 20-30hours a week

Do you have a keen eye for detail, cleanliness and organisation. If you think you'll enjoy the buzz of a fast, busy kitchen, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized
Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation like cutting ingredients, peeling and washing food items
Organise the recycling for collection days

Part time opportunities and flexible working patterns available.

Rates of pay dependant on experience and additional shared TRONC (Approx. £3-4 extra per hour).
