My client is looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate, creative, and business-minded to run their visitor enterprise, developing the business and ensuring its commercial profitability.

The role is responsible for both strategic development andlong-term planning, as well as day-to-day visitor site operations, and provides an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of a fledgling business.

Responsibilities:

Oversight and management of the entire visitor enterprise.
Accountable for the enterprise's commercial profitability, ensuring daytoday operations run smoothly while also exploring and implementing new opportunities for growth.
Create an event calendar that reflects the clients values while seeking new partnership opportunities with third parties.
Plan and manage event delivery while adhering to a budget and leading the team in all aspects of event delivery.

About you:

Significant operational experience managing a commercial operation and its finances. Working experience in a heritage or public attraction is required.
Successful track record in business development.
Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire others and create a positive, forwardthinking environment, as well as the ability to respond to opportunities as they arise.
Innovative and creative in the development of new ideas and events.
Event organisation, management, and delivery experience.
A high level of IT expertise
