We are delighted to be Working with one of our client who are recruiting for an experienced Payroll and Finance Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Having volume payroll and finance experience
- Managing accounts systems
- End to end payroll processing
- All monthly payroll information
- Starters, leavers, amendments, salary sacrifice schemes and payments and deductions,
- Maintain all Finance and HR systems
- Ensuring all payroll activity is monitored and checked and any errors are rectified
- To post the monthly payroll to the accounting ledger and perform a reconciliation of the actual monthly payroll to the accounting ledger.
- All administration related to the company Pensions Scheme
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
- Collation and input of new starters and leavers
- Dealing with pay related queries in a timely manner
- Provide all administrative support in all aspects of payroll and finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Remain calm working under pressure
- Reporting in to the HR Manager/Finance Manager
