When you start with us, you will be provided with full business training, a documented induction, support and guidance along with the autonomy to undertake your role and establish a successful education desk.

360 Recruitment Role here at Milk Education:

The role is diverse and involves: using business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from target markets with the aim to build and develop positive, lasting relationships.


  • Network and build longlasting relationships with local schools & heads of departments.
  • Partner with schools to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy to map personal market.
  • Track and identify prospective supply staff using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media.
  • Conduct confidential interviews, followup references and background checks.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the interview/placement process through to its completion
  • Follow up with schools, service check staff and Milk process.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads.
  • Work to achieve set business outcomes and measure personal performance via Key performance indicators.
