Support Worker / Royston / Up to £12.20 p/h / £1500 joining bonus

Support Worker (No experience required)
Working for a wellestablished organisation that specialises in support for children and young people within OFSTEDregulated care homes.
Supporting young people with severe and profound communication difficulties associated with conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injury and degenerative disorders.
Supporting young people aged between 91
Provide therapeutic support, working towards positive outcomes for all young people
Work within a staff team of support workers, seniors, deputy managers and a registered manager
Ensure all support given meets OFSTED standards
Support children and young within the home and in the community
Arranging and taking part in activities
Managing, updating and following care plans
The home is based in Royston.

Pay Details:

- £ £12.20 p/h
- £1500 Welcome bonus
