Job description

We are currently recruiting for:
Finance Administration Assistant

Hours of work: 37

Location of role:
Mainly working from home

Duration: 12 month fixed term contract

The Role:

An experienced Finance Administrator to undertake a range of financial processes as part of Nugent's finance department. Must be familiar with payroll processes, nominal ledger and balance sheet and able to work to tight deadlines.

Main duties:
Assisting with the monthly payroll
Completing general ledger postings.
Assisting with the monthly accounts preparation and preparing monthly journals
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Posting of cash book items and bank reconciliations.
Provide support to line manager.
Communicating with services.

The Successful Applicant:

Previous experience in a financial role.

Proficiency with accounting software systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
