Description

Primary Purpose of Position
To manage the Cell effectively by prioritising activities on a day-to-day basis. Aim to achieve a minimum of 98% quality and delivery performance, by utilising leadership and motivational techniques.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Day to Day liaison with Cell Technicians
Day to Day Management of Cell Operatives
Facilitate in problem Solving
Accountable of Cell objectives
Day to Day Management of the Cell
Allocation of operatives in conjunction with the Cell Technician
Ensure workflow on the Cell
Prioritise the Cells workload
Allocation of holidays
Late delivery tracking and instigate improvements
Attend monthly meetings
Ensure all new process and production improvement initiatives are sustained
Raise all internal inspection reports
Liaise with our internal customers
Ensure process instructions are adhered to
Ensure cell complies with quality procedures
Manage continuous improvement

Person Specification

Supervisory experience
The jobholder will require three months training to learn the procedures and systems involved to perform the job competently
Leadership and communication skills
Computer literate
