The Homes team have recently gone through a restructure, as we have refocused our energy and changed our processes so we can better support our customers and do what matters to them most.

As a result, we have a number of exciting new roles which have become available.

We have an exciting position available for Repairs Coordinator to join us


You'll provide an efficient, flexible, high quality and customer focused administrative support to the Repairs Team in all aspects of Day-to-Day repairs, Empty Homes including delivery of minor adaptation services.


You will provide administrative support to the Director of Homes, Head of Repairs, Repairs Manager and Team leads to ensure delivery of and efficient service.


What we're looking for:


  • Appropriate academic qualification or relevant experience within customer service and administration
  • Excellent IT Skills (must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to organise systems, implement processes, and engage people efficiently
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Management and liaising with stakeholders (Customers, Contractors and Colleagues)
