Works Manager, Telford, £38-45k
My client is a leading manufacturing company, producing metal pressed components and assemblies. They are actively looking to recruit an experienced Works Manager to join their management team.

**Duties: - **Drive down cost of Rework & Scrap.
*Maintain a safe working environment. H&S Committee lead - IOSH qualification.
*Ensure good standard of Housekeeping.
*Assist Production Manager to achieve high customer OTIF.
*Shop Floor Disciplinaries.
*Inductions for New Starters.
*Shop Floor Appraisals & Training requirements.
*Team Leader Action Plans & weekly catchups.
*Assist with recruitment of Temp Labour.

**KPI's: - **Labour/Sales (Labour Productivity).
*COQ - Cost of Rework & Scrap.
*H&S - No of incidents.

You will have proven experience in this type of role with a good working knowledge and understanding of metal press work and assemblies.

Exceptionally good man-management skills, conversant with modern manufacturing techniques and principles. Hard workingand results driven.
