£24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours:
Full Time

Monday to Friday

Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with a large food manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a full time Line Leader

Responsibilities:

Report production issues to Production Manager
Manage the line and operators
Take full responsibility for food safety
Complete safety start up checks
Responsible for holidays and sickness cover
Record waste and downtimes
Manage line break downs and seek Engineers support
Attend regular production meetings
Train line operators
Maximise output by ensuring line is up to speed
Ensure products are at right specification
Ensure health and safety procedures are met at all times

Requirements:

Excellent communication and supervisory skills
Lead a team
Attention to detail
Ability to challenge others
