Our client is a leading and forward-thinking recruitment agency specialising in Finance and Accountancy staffing solutions.


Our client is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to lead an interim desk within the part qualified and transactional finance division.


In this role you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting talented finance professionals with short-term and interim job opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of the interim desk, focusing on part qualified and transactional finance roles.
  • Engage in proactive business development efforts to expand the client base and build strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within a professional services sector.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proactive and selfdriven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic, and targetdriven environment.
