£ bonus

40 hours a week

Hybrid (home based and Farnborough)
MSX International is looking for an Aftersales Administrator to join their busy BMW team in Farnborough.

The Aftersales Administrator will support projects across the BMW brand, supporting the wider Aftersales team with day-to-day administrative support.


The Role


In this role, the Aftersales Administrator will be involved with a number of essential administrative tasks within a small team, supporting exciting new and ongoing projects.

As part of this role, the Aftersales Administrator will:

  • Report in Excel and provide weekly and monthly departmental insights
  • Provide stakeholders with regular project developments and status updates
  • Manage Internal, Retailer and Customer enquiries
  • Support improvements and content of national and retailer website
  • Support meetings relating to Aftersales programmes supporting the Key stakeholders
  • Create and supply content for systematically and provide status updates where required

About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great organisational skills.

Our ideal Aftersales Administrator will have experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with internal, external and network wide Stakeholders and experience of providing essential executive summaries and reports to Senior Management, as well as:


  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • The ability to multitask with a flexible attitude
  • Proven experience in efficient working and keeping to deadlines
  • The ability to interpret, analyse and make recommendations from variable data sources
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Excel / Outlook and PowerPoint skills (essential)
