Description

Purdy Contracts Limited, part of Kinovo Plc, have opportunities for a Contract Administrator to join their team located at our new Dereham Office, NR19 1DZ.

This role will support your Contract Manager, where you will be the administration lead for your designated contract.

You will be responsible scheduling works for teams of tradespeople working on service, repair and planned works for Contracts within the Social Housing and Local Authority sector.


Duties include:

  • Effectively schedule works for our Engineers and prioritise appointments as they occur throughout the evolving working day (with advice from supervisors/managers) and ensure that all compliancy is maintained throughout the assigned contract.
  • To be the single point of contact for anything administration related.
  • To provide the second point of contact support for all queries from customers, clients and residents via the Customer Service Team.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to our customers, clients and residents ensuring that you are at all times clear, concise, polite and helpful.

You will:

  • Have previous experience in a busy call/contact centre or a front line customer service administration role.
  • Experience of inputting to, and using, CRM or inhouse database systems.
  • Experience in scheduling works for multiple engineers/work force.
  • Excellent IT skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to people at all levels, internal and external to the organisation.
