Split shifts:
hrs per week

Saturday - 7.30am am

Monday - 7.45am am & 5.45pm - 7.30pm

Tuesday - 7.45am am & 5.45pm - 7.30pm

Wednesday - 7.45am am & pm

Thursday - 7.45am am & 5.45pm - 7.30pm

Friday - 7.45am am & 5.45pm - 7.30pm

Sunday - 6.15pm - 8pm


MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS

  • Kitchen Experience is essential


All above hours & shift pattern are based on our summer schedule and are approximate and flexible dependant on workload.

During the winter months due to the nature of the business the Hotel runs on a 4 day shift pattern.

Full details will be provided during an interview process.

The applicant must be available to work Christmas & New Year which is a very busy period of the hotel

Working alongside our chef assisting with preparation of food and service.

General Cleaning of the Kitchen to a good standard

Help with offloading of deliveries

Washing of Pot & Pans

Working within a Kitchen environment is essential, training will be given to the right applicant.

  • Applicant MUST hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or NVQ Level 1 in Catering is required
